But travelling in Bavaria we discovered such a wonderful building that we felt we want to share we you.

If you are going in Germany to visit Ludwig Castles you should absolutely stop in Ettal and visit Ettal Abbey.

Ettal Abbey is a Benedictine monastery in the village of Ettal, few miles away from Ludwig's Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castles.

Ettal Abbey is surrounded by the mountains and it is special setting exhalt the beauty of it is wonderful façade.

The Abbey was founded in the XIV century but it is the following Baroque expansion that makes this place absolutely wonderful.

Inside the beautiful decorations of the church and the wonderful Cupola make this place absolutely special.
